It’s that time of year again… when a quarter of the city’s population sheds it’s chaotic daily regimen and heads out to the desert to burn in effigy. Allowing our lady San Francisco time to close her eyes for a nap; and the rest of us a much-appreciated chance to enjoy ample parking opportunities.
